I'm only learning Slovenian, that's why sorry about posting in English!
I will be living in Slovenia starting from this December and i'm looking for part time
day care (2-3 times a week for few hours) for my 1,9 month old son.

but for siome kind of vrtec, but not every day of the week and not full days,
but just 2-3 times a week for half a day or something like that.
do you know any place like that?

I don't think there is anything you are looking for - kindergarden for just a few hours a few days a week except if you want to pay full service (and I don't think you would like to do that). As far as I know, your only chance is private baby-care/babysitter, perhaps a woman who is baysitting more babies.
