1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sift dry ingredients
2. Beat butter, add sugar. Cream until light.
3. Add cocoa powder and beat for one minute.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time (scrape down sides of bowl)
5. Add vanilla.
6. Mix at low speed and add alternate adding flour and water
7. Scoop into cupcake liners and bake for 15mins
8. Pipe caramel into cupcakes, pipe with ganache and garnish with salted peanuts. Ingredients for Caramel Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla Method for Caramel Sauce:
1. Dissolve sugar in water and heat until caramelised.
2. Add cream and butter carefully. Cool.
3. Add Vanilla. Ingredients for Peanut Ganache:
8oz milk chocolate chopped
1 ½ cups cream
½ cup smooth peanut butter Method for Peanut Ganache:
Melt the cream and peanut butter together and add chocolate. Let cool.
